STAFF PROFILES
Craig Barry
Craig joined Pointons Estate Agents in May 2009. Craig was already a very well established agent in Nuneaton and the surrounding areas, and joined the Pointons team initially as the Lettings Valuer. His hard work, and ability to work under pressure ensure and fast turn a round of property in the local area landed him into the role of the Area Lettings Manager within a short period of time. Under his management, the rental division soared into the highest ranked letting agency in the area, and the continued success of his rapidly expanding portfolio of clients and property moved him into the position of Director of Pointons Estate Agents.
Steve Nelson
Steven joined the team as sales negotiator back in February 2018 after many years service in this lettings side off this industry. Steven was assigned to test his skill set in the property sales department. Steve is a highly motivated and knowledgeable member of the team and is now overseeing both our lettings and sales departments in Coventry and is a key member. He plays a huge part in the companies success story.
Mark Thompson
Mark heads up our Atherstone office and came to Pointon’s in 2016. Mark brought 27 years worth of experience and knowledge to the company and has made a great impact on the market in the local area. Mark brings a wealth of expertise to the agency, along with hard work and dedication to the team. He is an extremely valued member of our agency with his work ethic being second to none.
Ciaran Olner
Ciaran joined our team to conduct a crucial role in assisting with the management of our properties. His attention to detail and keen eye for defects or dilapidations in a property has allowed the agency to ensure our landlords that their properties are being looked after to the highest standard possible. Since, we have the potential of his ability to assist buyers Ciaran has now moved departments to sales and has been assisted in training giving him a wealth of knowledge of how both departments operate.
Ethan Pointon
Ethan joined Pointons Lettings team in 2022. His primary job is prepare inventories, move tenants in, conduct inspections and do final inspection of properties once they become vacant, His job also means he will liase with tenants and landlords relating to ongoing tenancy issues and final inspection reports, trying to resume any unnecessary disputes which results in prolonged return of deposit money. A highly demanding role means that Ethan is face to face with tenants regularly sorting any issues.
Wendy Webb
Wendy has been with Pointons since Sept 2021 and controls our maintenance for lettings. Her daily tasks include co-ordinating repairs for properties whereby the tenants have issues during their occupancy. A truly valued member of the team that goes the extra mile to negotiate and authorise repairs.
Pia Haley
Pia has joined the team in 2022 and although new to the industry has soon become one of the key negotiators within our letting team. Learning all about the role under the direction of Craig Barry, Pia is confident to provide a high quality of service to both landlords and tenants and will assist to help clients that cross her path.
