James Pointon
I have been in the property industry since 1994. During my initial years worked for some of the larger corporate and independent agencies across the area. Gathering a wealth of knowledge over these earlier years to running my own business from 2004. During these years I gained qualifications and am a member of Propertymark as well as a Domestic Energy Assessor. I continue to direct the team and gain an effective and positive outcome for clients but I still consider myself a team player that enjoys the challenges of both sales and lettings.
Kerry Drew
Kerry has re-joined the business after having several years away from the industry. Kerry strives to provide the best customer service to both landlords and tenants and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Being with the company since 2008, Kerry has handled the changes of legislation making sure her team is fluent with the laws that are being applied to the lettings industry. A sharp individual that works hard to succeed, progress the company and uphold the service.
Ethan Pointon
Ethan joined Pointons Lettings team in 2022. His primary job is prepare inventories, move tenants in, conduct inspections and do final inspection of properties once they become vacant, His job also means he will liase with tenants and landlords relating to ongoing tenancy issues and final inspection reports, trying to resume any unnecessary disputes which results in prolonged return of deposit money. A highly demanding role means that Ethan is face to face with tenants regularly sorting any issues.
Wendy Webb
Wendy has been with Pointons since Sept 2021 and controls our maintenance for lettings. Her daily tasks include co-ordinating repairs for properties whereby the tenants have issues during their occupancy. A truly valued member of the team that goes the extra mile to negotiate and authorise repairs.
Charly Pointon
Charly works part time at the agency whilst progressing with her masters in law and working alongside a legal firm as a trainee solicitor. Charly currently works over the weekend in an administrative role within the agency, and provides several new innovated ideas and demonstrations to new marketing ideas from a youthful input and advises on legal changes that all business' have to apply.
Steven Nelson
Returning to Pointon's, Steven did several years with us. He has returned with a wealth of additional knowledge and is known for his articulate, accurate marketing advice with a trusted reputation of honesty and integrity. He works hard bringing properties to the market, providing regular updates and proceeding sales to completion. We are pleased to have Steven as a member
